Programmable intelligent desoldering. Soldering parameter, blowing parameter and temperature of the air nozzle are adjustable. Three phases temperature of soldering curve can be set. They make the rework reliable and scientific.
Completely hand-free during work. Only by programming and triggering will BGA/SMD chips protected from possible damage.
A better protection for PCB and BGA during desoldering will be achieved when intelligent desoldering machine and preheating platform are used together.
