The Mounter P38 is used together with an antistatic vacuum absorb-pen. The air supply is controlled by a foot switch, all this can achieves exact location and quick mounting of any tiny spacing on chips such as QFP、PLCC、BGA and so on. At the same time X, Y axes have precision setting which can achieve the fine tuning in the X and Y directions. Accuracy of adjustment can be 0.01mm,which make the mounting chips more effective and easier even in the tiny spacing .
